The PumpHouse is temporarily closed. Staff are working hard to complete the deinstallation of our 2021 exhibition and to prepare for the opening of our 2021 show. Stay tuned!

In accordance with the Kingston region’s return to the Green/Prevent Phase of the Province of Ontario’s Reopening Framework, the PumpHouse museum is open to the public as of Wednesday, February 17, 2021. We remain committed to following Health and Safety directions as they are received from the Province, KFL&A Public Health and the City of Kingston.

Children's Programs

Super-Duper Conductor and Protective Detective children's programs run Wednesday to Saturday. Two private program spots are available per day at the following times: 9:30AM and 11:00AM.

Programs last 60 minutes and cleaning occurs between each tour. Programs are limited to a maximum of 9 guests from the same household or bubble.

Pre-registration is required. 

Site Tours

Guided site tours of the museum run Wednesday to Saturday during the afternoon. Three private tour slots are available per day at the following times: 1:00PM, 2:00PM, and 3:00PM.

Tours will start on the hour and last 45 minutes to allow for cleaning between each tour. Tours are limited to a maximum of 9 guests from the same household or bubble.

Guests are encouraged to book in advance to ensure preferred tour time. Walk-ins can be accommodated but only if there is no tour already pre-booked.
