Admission and Season Passes

Payment Methods

You can purchase your tickets online, over the phone by calling 1-613-544-7867, or in person at 23 Ontario Street, Kingston.

We accept debit or Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards for all of these purchase methods.

Cancellations & Refunds 

Refunds or credits will be issued if a program is cancelled and is unable to be rescheduled. Cancellations are defined as follows:  

• There are not enough staff and volunteers on-site to safely manage the delivery of the program or to safely operate the venue due to an extreme weather event or the cancellation of non-essential services.  

• The venue has been impacted and is non-operational for health and safety reasons either at the beginning of or during a program.  

• An emergency has been declared by the municipality or other level of government for an area that includes the location of the venue.  

• Kingston Transit is non-operational.  

In anticipation of a cancellation due to significant weather, where possible program registrants will be notified by e-mail that a weather and/or travel advisory may be in effect. Updates through social media channels that the program is still moving ahead as scheduled as well as relevant information regarding the refund and cancellation policy.   Please ensure you provide your email and phone number when booking a ticket.

Municipal Fee Assistance Program

In partnership with My Kingston, (also known as the Municipal Fee Assistance Program), the PumpHouse is pleased to offer a 50% discount on guided site tour admission for My Kingston members. Please call the PumpHouse to reserve your tour with this discount. Proof of My Kingston pass must be provided at time of purchase.
